May 15, 2009: AcceleDev R&D Co Ltd opened its new state of the art Nanjing research & development facility. The site officially started operations, specializing in the areas of Process chemistry research & optimization. The original team consists of 15 chemists, while hiring continues towards maximum occupancy of 30-40 chemists.
April 1, 2009: AcceleDev R&D Co Ltd initiated a new round of hiring, focusing mainly on BS & MS Organic chemists & a Chemical engineer to fill the open Laboratory & scale-up positions.
January 1, 2009: The company's highly unique data management platform, developed by company co-owner Mr Gu Xiao Feng to server mainly as a china sourcing & supplier qualification management tool, today reached a milestone of having 15,000 unique molecules & 6,000 china suppliers captured inside. This is a result innovation & team's daily dedication & effort to achieving & capturing accurate supply data.
June 1, 2008: AcceleDev R&D Co Ltd is officially established by co-majority owners Mr Gu Xiao Feng & Mr Charlie Lewis. The primary purpose of the site being to expand & meet the growing demands for R&D.
March 1, 2007: AcceleDev delivered its first active pilot scale pharmaceutical ingredient to one of its long-term established partners, a top 5 global pharmaceutical company, for its use in Phase II clinical trials. Expansion of the partnership & API R&D & scale-up continued with additional new pre-clinical & Phase I API's. This work was accompanied by our partner's successful facility audit result.
September 1, 2007: AcceleDev Lianyungang Chemical Co Ltd was granted approval by the Chinese government authorities, to formally begin production operations. Pilot & commercial scale operations were initiated.
