AcceleDev Chemical LLC was established April 2003 in Fairfield New Jersey USA by Mr Charlie Lewis, as a supplier of kilo-MT fine chemicals & custom synthesis services to the western pharmaceutical industry. A close partnership with Nanjing-based USUN Fine Chemical owner/entrepreneur, Mr Gu Xiao Feng, was maximized & soon successfully expanded into new areas that soon also resulted in rapid growth. Further expansions into other industry partnerships, ultimately led to additional product & service offerings. By early 2006, the overall growth of the business & partnership had led to the joint ownership & construction of the new production operations, AcceleDev Lianyungang Chemical Co Ltd, under the leadership of part owner Mr/Prof Weidong Chen. This commercial production facility was brought on-line in August 2007, & today represents the core of our pilot & commercial operations.

In-parallel, the increased demand for research & development of new molecules for pharmaceutical use, led to the establishment of AcceleDev Nanjing R&D Co Ltd. Since its early 2007 establishment, this team is now again being expanded through the construction of a new state of the art Nanjing R&D facility, recently completed in May 2009. This modern facility & significant increase in R&D capacity, will serve as the core of our research operations.

At present, the total AcceleDev China Research & Production operation includes 90 personnel & 35,000m2 of property & facilities. In addition to the AcceleDev fully owned facilities, we also continue to maintain close partnerships with our same original 2 additional China R&D-production based partner companies. This diversity in chemistry & operations give more power to our overall capability portfolio, & thus are a big advantage to our customers. Of course we closely manage all our partner's activities, same as for our own sites, to better protect our customer's interests. These partnerships are also continuing to grow, same as our owned assets.

The above facility assets are only one part of our successful business equation. The largest part lies in our unique technology platform & in an efficient internal company culture, which is strictly based on a high degree of flexible service to our customers. Our business & science leaders each have 20+ years of industry experience, in their respective fields. Our proprietary technology platforms include: A) science/molecule; details in each of the site links, & B) sourcing/export/business management systems. Team members are heavily trained in our service oriented culture, to perform with a sense of urgency & efficiency, which can be easily noticed in our daily correspondence. To date, our business has led to partnerships with some of the industry's top Global pharmaceutical companies. We continue to assist them in R&D of unique raw materials, as well as via R&D & production of Active Ingredients under cGMP conditions. On special partnership basis, we provide china sourcing & supplier/material qualification services as well.
